How it works
Enter sex, age, weight, height, and activity. The calculator estimates BMR, multiplies by an activity factor for TDEE, and shows plus/minus 500 kcal targets.
Formula
Male BMR = 10w + 6.25h − 5a + 5. Female BMR = 10w + 6.25h − 5a − 161. TDEE = BMR × activity factor.
Example
A 30-year-old man, 80 kg and 180 cm, who is sedentary has a BMR of about 1,780 kcal and a TDEE of about 2,136 kcal.
